The CORMAK G5025 metal bandsaw is a professional machine designed for efficient and precise cutting of steel components, including pipes, profiles and bars. It performs excellently in both serial and single-piece production. This solid tool combines high structural stability with intuitive operation and exceptional reliability.
Main features
Design and technology The saw arm is made of profiled cast iron, ensuring rigidity and precise operation. Power transmission is achieved through an electric motor with a worm gearbox driving the blade wheel. Blade tensioning is mechanical via a manual tensioner. The blade is guided by adjustable roller and carbide guides, significantly extending the blade’s service life. Cutting precision and performance The stepless arm lowering control allows precise adjustment of cutting pressure, resulting in high-quality and repeatable cuts. After cutting, the blade drive switches off automatically, saving energy and enhancing user safety. Applications The machine is intended for cutting structural, stainless and tool steels as well as tubes and profiles of various cross-sections. It is ideal for locksmith workshops, production facilities and maintenance departments.
