Returns & Order Cancellations
Prior Approval: No products may be returned without prior approval from Kenequip Machine Tools. Before returning any item, you must contact our sales team at [email protected] to obtain approval, and you will be issued with a RFR [request for return] number and this number should be displayed prominently on the return label/packaging.
Packaging & Transit Risk Customers are responsible for ensuring that goods are securely packaged for transit. The return is made at the customer’s risk and expense. We've found it best to use a tracked, insured delivery service, as Kenequip Machine Tools cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Unwanted Goods (Standard Stock) If a standard stock item is correctly supplied but no longer required, it may be returned within 7 working days of receipt.
Special Orders & Spare Parts Please note that Non-standard stock items, or spare parts cannot be cancelled or returned once the order has been processed. Standard stock orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch without penalty.
Warranty & Inspection Upon receipt, our technicians will inspect the goods. If a fault is determined to be outside the manufacturer’s warranty (e.g., accidental damage or misuse), we reserve the right to charge for parts and labour. We will always consult you before applying such charges.
Refunds Once inspection is complete, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow for standard banking processing times for the funds to appear in your account.

- Condition: Goods must be "as new," unused, and in original packaging with all components included.
- Restocking Fee: All unwanted returns are subject to a 25% handling fee.
- Carriage: The original and return carriage costs are non-refundable.
